Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and executing operational tasks
- Process involves receiving document set in email.
- Supports, collaborates, and assists global forwarding personnel with shipment details
- Document retrieval, processing, & auditing as well as submitting critical shipment level data to external parties & Vendors
- Data Processing work related to the logistic field.
- Ensure customers enquires are responded and resolved with the SLA given.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
