Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and executing operational tasks
  • Process involves receiving document set in email.
  • Supports, collaborates, and assists global forwarding personnel with shipment details
  • Document retrieval, processing, & auditing as well as submitting critical shipment level data to external parties & Vendors
  • Data Processing work related to the logistic field.
  • Ensure customers enquires are responded and resolved with the SLA given.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
