MAIN DUTIES

  • Provide administrative support to our entire HR department and other employees
  • Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist in Staff Hostel registration with JPN and company tenancy agreement which renewable every year and so on
  • Assist in staff and foreign workers welfare and renewals related matters
  • Assist in Insurance monitoring due dates and renewals
  • Assist in company vehicle monitoring due dates and renewals
  • Assist in company licenses and certifications due dates and renewals
  • To perform asset and inventory management company vehicle, petrol card, Tngo card, simcards, mobile devices and monitor abuse or misuse.
  • Despatching documents to relevant departments as and when required
  • Assist in policies and procedures creation that enhance our workplace environment
  • Any other jobs by the management.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum certification related to HR Management
  • At least 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
  • Experience and/ or knowledge on Bossnet / Info-Tech Hr Program and filing would be an advantage
  • Willing to learn & pick up new things.
  • Good team player, self-discipline and detail oriented.
  • Driven and motivated.
  • Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
