Job description

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for filling the accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure data and records are kept in order and up to date.
  • Liaise and cooperate with internal stakeholders, auditor and relevant authority on matter pertaining to the financial matters of the Company.
  • Able to handle timely report of SST submission.
  • Run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on timely basis.
  • Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Diploma/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (AutoCount system)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and a Team Player
  • Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
