Job description
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Responsible for filling the accounting documentation in timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure data and records are kept in order and up to date.
- Liaise and cooperate with internal stakeholders, auditor and relevant authority on matter pertaining to the financial matters of the Company.
- Able to handle timely report of SST submission.
- Run payments, invoice and maintain daily bank reconciliation. Ensure discrepancies are resolved or reported on timely basis.
- Assist in preparation of forecasting and budgeting.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- Diploma/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (AutoCount system)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and a Team Player
- Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
