RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with several business team in dealing with customers related enquiries & update
- Provide general corporate support along with internal audit on standard work flows
- Work closely with the finance and logistics team
- Quotation issuance as per all salespersons' request and revert to customers
- Perform corporate license & permit applications over local authorities
- Manage information requests and good deal with information of sensitive & confidential nature
- Devising and maintaining systematic office systems, including data management and filing of important documents, both electronic & physical copy
- Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as given from time to time, includes administrative issue & event planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Meticulous in work and produce result with high accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality, honest & trustworthy
- Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skill
- Multitasking, self-motivated, initiative, posses a pleasant personality
- Well-perform both independently & in teams
- Able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines with minimal supervision
- Years of Experience: min. above 1 year
- Corporate reporting, data entry, analytical skill
- Preferably able to start to work immediately
