RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with several business team in dealing with customers related enquiries & update
  • Provide general corporate support along with internal audit on standard work flows
  • Work closely with the finance and logistics team
  • Quotation issuance as per all salespersons' request and revert to customers
  • Perform corporate license & permit applications over local authorities
  • Manage information requests and good deal with information of sensitive & confidential nature
  • Devising and maintaining systematic office systems, including data management and filing of important documents, both electronic & physical copy
  • Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as given from time to time, includes administrative issue & event planning

REQUIREMENTS

  • Meticulous in work and produce result with high accuracy
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, honest & trustworthy
  • Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skill
  • Multitasking, self-motivated, initiative, posses a pleasant personality
  • Well-perform both independently & in teams
  • Able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Years of Experience: min. above 1 year
  • Corporate reporting, data entry, analytical skill
  • Preferably able to start to work immediately
