Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an Art Director with a visionary mindset and a knack for creating the unprecedented. In this role, you will spearhead a wide array of creative projects, ranging from bespoke artwork and luxury packaging to custom-designed giveaways and cutting-edge point-of-sale materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a specialized global team to develop and execute creative concepts for high-profile brands.
• Ideate and create artwork, packaging, custom products, and luxury POSM, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with global brands to align designs with their vision, maintaining high aesthetic standards and meeting project timelines.
• Manage team workflows, resources, and technical tasks to drive innovation and excellence in design execution.
• Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration and idea generation to achieve exceptional results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new design approaches to set benchmarks in luxury branding.

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates from Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related creative fields.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Art & Design, or an equivalent discipline.
• Graphic Design Background: Expertise in illustration or graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (bonus if skilled in 3D design).
• Industrial Design Background: Expertise in industrial or product design, including product development from ideation to 3D modeling, rendering, prototyping, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a creative or design leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions within the luxury brand market.
• Ability to create conceptual designs or provide art direction, coupled with strong storytelling skills for describing and presenting design concepts. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is a bonus.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work across luxury projects, highlighting your ability to innovate and push boundaries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, direct, and elevate a team to achieve excellence.
