3. Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism
4. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
5. Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate
6. Resolve all potential service failure issues
7. Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.
8. Provide support as needed in various departments
9. Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
1. Applicants must possess at least Degree in any field.
2. Applicants with no experiences is welcomed to apply
3. Highly motivated and willing to learn
4. Strong positive mentality
5. Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
7. On-the-job training provided
8. 6 days’ work week
9. Able to commit on weekends and public holiday
