JOB ROLE
Responsible in the development of sales strategies for assigned Only World Group outlets (eg theme parks and F&B outlets) which includes setting sales goals, recommending promotion packages and determining which products the company emphasizes based on ease of sale or profit margin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop prospect for new business through direct telephone solicitations and direct visitations.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve sales target as determined.
- Consistently manage existing clients and secure new and potential clients to generate sales revenue.
- Negotiate and close sales deal with prospective clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure clients' requests and expectations are managed accordingly.
- Involved in providing innovative sales strategies to establish right positioning for the outlet and achieve sales target.
Job Requirements:
- a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business Administration
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin as additional advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in tourism/hospitality/theme park industry sales.
- Sales Driven and willing to find ways to attract sales to attractions and restaurants
