To attend internal and external meetings with Managing Director, take minutes and establish proper follow-up on duties/activities decided in the meeting.
To attend all private secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters, and Managing Director’s personal matter.
To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
To follow-up and report to Personal Assistant/Managing Director on urgent matters.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments that assigned by Personal Assistant/Managing Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies/Business Admin/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess good organizational, administrative and writing skills.
Fluent in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently with great initiatives and a high level of confidentiality and trust.
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
