Qualifications & experience
- Able to operate CAD software and work out the quantity and material needed for project (e.g. re-bar, framing, ampanel, concrete, roofing, road base, aggregate, etc).
- Able to work from rough sketches, written or verbal instruction.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as per instructed by direct supervisors and upper management.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare projects monthly progress claim and compilation of documents for projects monthly progress report submission.
- To tidy up documents and filing for projects and sales.
- To liaise with project team for site progress reports.
- To prepare correspondence letters for project submission.
- To prepare documents for progress meeting and tender documents.
- To prepare samples and documents for project approval.
- To liaise with supplier for project costing.
- To prepare project schedule.
- To liaise with sales team and engineers to gather information on product and structural requirements and designs for quantity take-off, prepare sales and project quotation.
