Job Title: MM2H Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MM2H Advisor / Executive (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply) to join our team. The MM2H Advisor / Executive will be responsible for assisting applicants in the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program, providing guidance on the application process, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use multi outreach channels to engage and prospect potential applicants and promote the MM2H program
- Provide detailed explanations of the different categories of the MM2H program based on government guidelines
- Assist applicants in completing and submitting the necessary documentation for the MM2H program
- Build strong relationships with applicants to ensure a smooth and successful application process
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate administrative processes are followed
- Stay up to date on changes to the MM2H program guidelines and regulations
- Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and support to applicants throughout the application process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the immigration or visa services industry but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and marketing purposes
- Knowledge of government guidelines and regulations related to the MM2H program
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Chinese, additional languages are a plus especially Korean and Japanese.

- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- 熟练使用社交媒体平台进行推广和营销
- 熟悉与MM2H计划相关的政府指导方针和法规
- 能够独立工作并同时处理多项任务
- 流利的英语和中文，会说其他语言尤其是韩语和日语者优先。
