  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

QMS Engineer

Responsible in development, implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System to ensure it is in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Implementing, reviewing and maintaining the Company’s Quality Management System ensuring effective implementation of the QMS, maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and other ASMPT sites to establish and review quality systems procedure and prepare for Internal/ External audits.
  • Manage and conduct internal audit as trigger from Corporate QMS and monitor objectives related to QMS audit. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of QMS.
  • Support Corporate document control center, coordinate and review of quality documentation.
  • Support in preparation of management review meeting presentation including performance of the QMS.
  • Issue and follow up the Corrective Action/ Prevention Action (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain and update quality-related documents, records, and procedures, Ensure the accessibility and accuracy of documentation.
  • Managing the in-house calibration activity ensure timely calibration of measuring equipment for both in house and external calibration.
  • Driving calibration activities toward documentation readiness and audit readiness.

    • Education & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality Management System, hand on experience in ISO9001 standard. Experience in IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 would be added advantage.
  • Verbal and written communication and personal interface skills required.
  • Effectively bilingual.
