Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner
Update and configure existing accounts according to client demand
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
Provide client support, including technical, operational, and basic trading
Respond to client queries relating to account management
Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
Performing the daily execution of tasks relating to client deposits, client withdrawals, affiliate withdrawals, account opening/maintenance and closures
Reviewing payment requests from businesses to ensure that they comply with policies and procedures.
Tracking payments to vendors and reviewing payment status to identify any issues that may have occurred during processing.
Reviewing account activity to determine whether any fraudulent activity has occurred.
Processing checks, money orders, credit card payments, wire transfers, and other forms of payment
Perform end-to-end reconciliations and reporting for collection by partners and transaction processing partners.
Ensuring company operates in accordance with regulatory requirement as adopted and mandated by business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Willing to do night shift work(Schedule shifts between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM.)
Bilingual with native speakers of Mandarin and excellent English skills
Diploma or Equivalent experience in the field is required
Minimum 6 months of trading, or general finance work experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Comfortable using computer systems, trading platforms and other software applications
Hand on and perform day to day operations.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with ability to deliver consistent results.
Independent and always have the hunger to work and learn.
