Responsibilities:
- To offer effective counseling to students seeking admission to colleges and universities in Malaysia.
- To coordinate with college and university representatives for student guidance and admissions.
- To assist with and carry out activities related to enrollment, including registration, scholarship searches, school visits, and other related events.
- To stay well-informed about the higher education sector, including institutional offerings and career and study options.
- To meet the company's targets for student engagement and enrollment, with compensation based on achieving these goals. Additionally, to perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any subject. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1-3 years working experience will also be considered.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin preferably.
- Hungry to achieve targets.
- Excellent work ethics.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work overtime during peak period.
- Willing to answer priority messages at night from students.
- Willing to work on weekends and travel for Scholar Search events occasionally & as scheduled.
