Responsibilities
1. Able to operate in a fast-paced sales atmosphere where you will collaborate with others to achieve objectives;
2. Respond to inquiries from website visitors, cold callers, and walk-ins;
3. Make use of your social media expertise to help clients identify the most appropriate social media solution for their needs;
4. At every stage of the process, from the sale or closure of the contract to the operation until the case is finished, assist and manage the clients;
5. Finish the necessary paperwork and records to guarantee seamless transactions for our clients;
6. Provide after-sale support.

Requirement
1. Sales and customer relationship management experience;
2. Good listening skills and a strong customer focus;
3. High level of self-motivation;
4. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
5. Outgoing & Energitic;
6. To drive, outstation;
7. Training will be provided.
