Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities (In-house Technician & External vendor)
  • Assist in liaising with external vendors and contractors.
  • Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts & Preventive Maintenance service (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment & coordinate procurement of necessary items.
  • Involved in HACCP inspection and documentation (Monthly)
  • Involved in HACCP, MeSTI, ERSP audit & authorities inspection. (Yearly)
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Tracking expenses and costs related to maintenances (Outlet Maintenance & Trucks)
  • Assist in prepare department SOPs

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to use MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently skill and ability to articulate & present facts & report writing skills.
  • Good time management skills, problem-solving, and management skills.
