Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange maintenance schedule for equipment and facilities (In-house Technician & External vendor)
- Assist in liaising with external vendors and contractors.
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts & Preventive Maintenance service (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment & coordinate procurement of necessary items.
- Involved in HACCP inspection and documentation (Monthly)
- Involved in HACCP, MeSTI, ERSP audit & authorities inspection. (Yearly)
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Tracking expenses and costs related to maintenances (Outlet Maintenance & Trucks)
- Assist in prepare department SOPs
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to use MS Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently skill and ability to articulate & present facts & report writing skills.
- Good time management skills, problem-solving, and management skills.
