Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing (local/overseas) clients to drive business growth. Leverage networking to expand the client base and increase business volume.
  • Contribute to targeted cold calling and strategic outreach efforts to develop and nurture business opportunities.
  • Support the promotion of the company’s products and services, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in developing comprehensive proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Aid in managing and resolving client objections, focusing on reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Assist in managing and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as needed, providing feedback on market and creative trends.
  • Advise mid and senior-level management on business trends, contributing to the development of new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Assist in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize market and competitor insights to develop and communicate the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management within the sales system. Assist in submitting detailed progress reports.
  • Support the forecasting of sales targets and collaborate with the team to achieve or exceed these targets.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for quotations and orders. Provide backup support for the Senior Shipping Coordinator and Purchaser as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in F&B disposable packaging is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of market and competitive analysis.
