1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle full set of accounts, month end closing and statutory accounts.

Prepare debit/ credit notes and posting entries to accounting system. Checking daily cash and credit card amount should be tally with the payment summary of the day.

Prepare monthly expenses schedules, fixed asset register and bank reconciliation.

Reconciliation of monthly inter-company balances

Responsible for statutory audit by the external auditor

Maintain proper record for easier to reconciliation bank account.

Manage good orders from Finance Admin anything queries.

Maintain organized accounts files by properly filing relevant documents.

Key in all account & proceed full set account & send to Auditor.

Prepare yearly budget for companies in charge and consolidation budget. Update monthly aging reports to track outstanding receivables.

Planning cash flow every day and make sure running as smoothly.

Record all petty cash in system and make sure tally with cash in hand

2. REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma and above in Finance/Accountancy.

At least 2 year of accounting experience in full set accounting, AP, AR, and G/L

Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); practical knowledge of various accounting and payroll software

Proficient in Xero Accounting software is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Time-management abilities, confidentiality, to work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties, pleasant, independent personality.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.

A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined.

Good command and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and or mandarin optional. Able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments.
