  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Have effective communication especially during Work From Home to ensure all task is being handled according to timeline.

  • Willing to travel (outstation, overseas) if necessary

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Filing and prosecuting Trademark applications domestically and internationally.
  • Attending to all legal matters (office actions, oppositions, objections, hearings etc.) and non-legal matters pertaining to the registration of Intellectual Property.
  • Conduct searches and prepare reports on registrability.
  • Assist in preparing all kinds of legal and/or non-legal documents such as reports, articles, agreements etc.
  • Prior experience in Patent and Designs would be ideal.
  • Ensure all tasks assigned are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all reporting and reminder are being sent out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing and maintaining IP Portfolios of our clients.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with clients in a professional manner.
