Job description:
- Perform demonstration of cloud solution to a potential client
- Document business requirements and translate them into specific functionality within the system
- Configure and customize client environments to develop a proof of concepts and present solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
- Participate in data migration tasks
- Build and execute the project plan.
- Form the solution and translate it to configuration requirements; to lead a business process session
- Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients
- Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements.
- Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale clients’ business needs.
- Develop client reports and/or saved searches.
- Provide client training and configuration sessions.
- Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand.
- Advice clients on business processes and compliance with the best practice in the industry
- Develop and maintain dialogue and relationships with TEIBTO ’s clients at the location throughout any services engagement, and beyond, with the goal of developing additional service opportunities for any client.
- Ensuring all such proposals are authorized by the PS Manager prior to submission and in accordance with TEIBTO standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 2-4 years experience in business application and ERP implementation project management with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Experience in NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, Sage or any ERP systems will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel is desirable.
