Qualifications & experience
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with ERP system
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily accounting duties and to assist the Finance Manager in the activities of the Finance Department.
- Daily updating of petty cash, bank transactions and sales invoices
- Processing of AP payments, matching of purchase invoices and GRN
- Assist the Finance Manager in month end closing of accounts, calculation of depreciation, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, generating stock report and cost centers expenses reports
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets detail listing
- Preparation of weekly financial reports
- Petty cash handling and document filing
