Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires & offboarding of employees.
  • Assist with administration of leave, attendance and overtime.
  • Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Provide support for performance management processes and employee relations activities.
  • Support the preparation of reports and memos.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and other HR related legal requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
