Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires & offboarding of employees.
- Assist with administration of leave, attendance and overtime.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Provide support for performance management processes and employee relations activities.
- Support the preparation of reports and memos.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry and managing office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Perform other duties assigned as and when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Possess basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and other HR related legal requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess own transport.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
