Technical Support / Application Engineer (Data Centre Cooling)

We are a leading HVAC manufacturer with production plants in Europe, India & China. Our European party is publicly listed in Europe. We operate in Asia Pacific, including the Greater China area with a workforce of over 1,600 employees servicing in our 4 factories and 63 branch offices.

Jobs Descriptions:

• Proactively support our local distributors for product selection, tendering process, technical query, factory acceptance test.
• Prepare tender document, compliance list, product presentation, factory acceptance test and quotation.
• Responsible for pre-sales activities.
• Arrange and attend factory acceptance test in China/Italy when needed.
• Gather market information and trends, report to senior for continuously enhancement of the product quality, technology level and the relevant services.
• Follow up with factory about delivery schedule, technical clarification and documentation.
• Able to work a solution idea from Chiller to Precision Air Conditioning and potentially work out a solutions offerings and large project bids.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in electrical/ electronic / mechanical engineering / building services.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Chiller and CRAC/CRAH/Fan Wall/Rack Cooler in data centre cooling.
• Having experience on Data Centre cooling system design is a great advantage.
• Able to travel to China, Italy and other ASEAN countries when necessary.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated to handle work in timely manner.
• Must be passionate and able to multitask and approachable personality.
• Able to communicate in English.
