We are looking for higher calibre candidate to join the regional IT Team in the Malaysia KL office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: provide regional and hands-on technical support to internal users across 14 APAC offices
  • IT Asset Management: manage IT assets and network equipment
  • System Administration: administer and troubleshoot cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, including M365, Azure, Windows AD, routers, switches, VPNs, WiFi, and AV systems
  • Performance Monitoring: support performance monitoring, firmware/software upgrades, and security patching for Azure VM servers
  • Collaboration: work with external vendors and the R&D team on application systems and configuration
  • System Integration: Coordinate with the Application/Developer team for application support and integration
  • System Improvement: participate in IT enhancement projects and provide recommendations to streamline processes
  • Teamwork: communicate effectively and work well with IT team and other internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT support working experience in regional environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, M365, and MS SQL. Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus
  • Cloud and network experience with M365, Azure, Exchange Online, and understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching
  • Sound familiar with security basics, endpoint protection, system hardening, and incident response
  • Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
