Role Purpose: The key role of the Marketing Manager is responsible for planning months and quarters ahead, keeping track of performance and executing with the company's budget allocation in order to drive the company to achieve branding objectives, do market research and target the wide market of the company's preferred customers as well as to ensure day-to-day smooth marketing operations.

Job Scope:

  • Developing and implementing advertising/promotional campaigns
  • Conducting market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends
  • Product management, including P&L activity and advertising R.O.I. (Return on Investment) analysis
  • Promotional materials creation and distributions
  • Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

Requirement:

  • Required Solid marketing , digital marketing and brand management experience are essential.
  • Strong in fact base and quick decision making, having a balance of analytical ability and creativity.
  • Strong leadership quality, able to lead for long term vision as well as short term results.
  • Strong people management skill, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments.
  • Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in marketing function & at least 2 years in leadership role.
