Job desciptions:

  • To achieve sales, market shares, distribution for assigned territory and productivity objectives for set by company.
  • This is accomplished by developing business plans with effective & efficient coverage & supported by analysis of current situation, planning, organizing and implementing all aspect of sales operation.
  • To identify current gaps and implement new initiatives to achieve trade execution and availability excellent.
  • To achieve productivity KPI such as efficient outlet coverage, expand ranging & distribution and increase monthly member of outlets purchase.
  • To manage overall A&P spending by customer & monthly AR to reduce outstanding and disputes.
  • To implement improvement plans for key areas on in store standards of merchandising, POSM, ranging & distribution, shelf location / plan-o-gram, secondary display & trade partnership for achieving win situation.
  • To manage inventory with key relations and business partners on a monthly basis i.e. develop sell out initiatives to reduce inventory holdings.
  • To execute & ensure KPI are achieved within the agreed timing.
  • To feedback on business partner’s performance, market challenges, competitor’s activities, retailer’s needs, OOS and recommend key action plans on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales admin function preferably in FMCG beauty/personal care environment
  • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Willing to travel
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Word & Excel
