Requirements
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Have pleasant disposition and able to communicate proficiently in English.
- Full Time; moderate travel required. Schedule may vary by departmental needs.
- This position requires work outside the office environment.
- Adherence to all Company and safety policies and procedures.
- All other duties and responsibilities determined by individual department and/ or reasonably assigned from time to time.

Responsibility
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the all departments in a branch.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Manages sales targets, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program.
- Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all departments; including the monitoring of food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports.
- Manages team member schedule.
- Create action plans for food cost and labor controls.
- Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy health/sanitation regulations, takes corrective actions as required.
- Review daily break violations and is charged with enforcing Company policy and State and Federal Law.
- Ensure compliance with Company Operating policies and procedures. Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.
- Monitor maintenance requirement to ensure Company procedures and standards are being followed. Reports and follows up on preventive maintenance plans and activities.
- Completes all administrative requirements; i.e. daily/ weekly/monthly reports to support the Executive Team.
- Lead F & B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Provide a two- way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Performs other job related duties as may be assigned as required.
