As a Routing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses of data, translating statistics and data into simple English language to be understood by management and broader teams so they can make informed business decisions.

Due to the time-sensitivity and global nature of our business, the role requires you to work shift, including nightshift ending at 2 am.

Reports to: Routing Manager

Type: Permanent, Full-time – at least 3 days in the office / Rotating shift work including night shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Perform complex analysis on various structured and unstructured data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyse and understand financial and technical data, to detect, interpret, explain, and predict different outcomes and anomalies.
  • Update and cross-check time-sensitive and critical information.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm product specifications. Test and analyse various products to ensure quality is met.
  • Liase with technical support as well as Sales team to solve issues and set the best product given multi-dimensional constraints and requirements.
  • Build a base of knowledge of different constraints and advise Sales on various requests.
  • Investigate and prevent billing issues and discrepancies from occurring.
  • Create and execute processes based on changing business requirements and automate the routine ones.

Skills & EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, Science or similar.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to use statistical methods to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and push the boundaries of current processes.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience in Python/R/Matlab, or Machine Learning a plus.
