This is a 5 days plus alternate Saturday half days, 8.30am to 5pm job in an established company. Comprehensive training and one to one guidance will be provided for you.

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and building strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth for our manufacturing plastic bottle company. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other departments to meet sales targets, achieve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations for new product development and business growth.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns that effectively target specific customer segments and drive sales revenue.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our system.

Attend industry events and overseas trade shows to promote our products and services and develop new business leads.

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to remain competitive and informed.

Qualifications:

3 years work experience in customer service industry or fresh graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office, SQL software, and other sales tools.

Knowledge of plastic bottle manufacturing and packaging industry preferred.
