  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering top-notch service by troubleshooting complex web and networking issues 24/7.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Monitor and manage the status of all support cases, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional features.
  • Document and maintain knowledge gained from each case in a central database.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in system engineering, IT support, or enterprise technical support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Nice to have:

  • Domain experiences desired:Linux/UNIX, Internet Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, HTTP Header, SSL/TLS), Cloud/Internet Security, Media Delivery Solutions and Hosting Infrastructure.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a Cloud, Broadcast/Digital Media Delivery Industry, or Internet services industry will be advantageous, ideally with direct exposure to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), internet and Cloud Infrastructure, Media and Cyber Security Services is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with CRM platform especially Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Possessing of experienced and resourceful channel partner such as Systems Integrator, Value Added Resellers in network and security field will be a plus
