Qualifications & experience

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Red book (XHS).
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with graphic design, photo editing, video editing and publishing

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms
  • Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
  • Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content
  • Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
  • Coordinate with social media influencers, affiliates, bloggers, and news outlets to promote brand awareness and create social buzz around product launches
