  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Position : Infrastructure Operations Manager.

The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability of all systems. This includes managing a team of technical support staff, coordinating with other departments to address operational needs, and implementing best practices for system maintenance and security. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to system management, and the ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and processes to support our dynamic business environment

  • 10+ years of work experience as Infra operations manager.
  • Through understanding of on-premises IT Infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge of server Win/Unix/Storage setup; NW configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure setup / connectivity.
  • Knowledge of topics like server hardening and security compliance.
  • Understanding of legacy infrastructure (AS400) based setup.
  • Proficiency in managing both Windows and Linux servers, including tasks such as installation, configuration, and maintenance. Expertise in virtualized environments using technologies like VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring optimal resource allocation and uptime.
  • Have deep technical interactions with tech teams to support the client infrastructure.
  • Follow up diligently on issues raised by clients with supporting teams / vendors.
  • Track and report all issues with clear status and updates on a regular basis with internal leadership teams.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly governance deck with accurate updates and ensure actions are tracked and followed up.
  • Good understanding of service vendor operating environment.
  • Strong client focus - ability to operate at prime customer contact level typically at senior director levels.
  • Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational Infrastructure & Applications service delivery management expertise in an international environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of having designed and implemented significant productivity as well as customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Significant experience of leading and managing teams (including matrix management) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
  • Experience with customers in Insurance domain is an advantage.
  • Relevant university degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g. ITIL or PRINCE2 preferred)
