About The Job
This role focuses on driving brand growth through strategic leadership, product innovation, advertising, and media execution. The Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of marketing plans, media strategies, consumer promotions, and agency relationships to deliver revenue, profit, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy development through data analysis and marketing plans to drive growth in volume, revenue, and profit.
- Drive product innovation and merchandising to meet consumer-centric growth opportunities.
- Manage the creative development process for effective advertising that builds brand equity.
- Develop and execute consumer promotions and in-store merchandising strategies.
- Lead media strategy and execution to maximize ROI on media investments.
- Manage relationships with agencies to align on insights and develop consumer-preferred initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong data analysis and marketing strategy skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Digital savvy, with experience leveraging digital and social media to solve business challenges.
- Confident, adaptable, and able to influence and persuade stakeholders.
