What's your role?

You will play an important role, such as:

  • Support Customer Shopping Experience: Take care of the entire shopping journey of our customers via live chat & whatsapp, from pre-sales inquiries to purchase. (Product enquiry, shipping fee enquiry, order processes & other enquiries)
  • Support After Sales Experience & Processes: Ensuring satisfaction for our customers who have raised for after sales services. These include returns, refunds, replacement, shipping fee overcharge, shipping delay and the other internal procedures required for these ‘after sales actions’.
  • Quality Assurance: As you would be the first touch point for our customers, you would need to identify and record trends from customer inquiries and complaints, and analyse it alongside with the team to make product and service improvements.
  • Data recording & reporting: Record & report different required data related to our customers & orders via Excel. This is to ensure smooth & accurate operation for the entire company.
  • Ensure Quality of Ratings: Ensure online store ratings and reviews are in good performance and respond to relatively negative reviews.

What's the skill required?

You'll just need to meet some basic requirements, such as:

  • Language Proficiency: 中文, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in 中文 will be an added advantage.
  • Microsoft Excel Experience: Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is needed as you will be recording and reporting data from our customers.
  • No Past Experience Needed: We will guide you throughout the way!

Who's there to support you?

Don't worry, everything starts with a training where your department lead will guide you through our products information and SOP.

She will also be your mentor all the time should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

你将会负责什么?

你的角色对公司的重要性包含了:

  • 负责顾客购物体验:通过平台的Live Chat和Whatsapp服务客户的整个购物过程,从售前咨询到下单。(包括了产品咨询,运费咨询,下单程序和其他顾客需求)
  • 负责顾客售后体验:确保顾客售后满意度 (这里包含了产品破损,退货,退款,替换,快递延迟和其他在内部售后需要做的程序)
  • 为产品改进做出贡献:这个职位是与顾客接洽最多的职位,需要找出和记录客户咨询或投诉的趋势和方向,并与团队一起分析以持续改进产品和服务。
  • 数据记录:以Excel的方式记录与汇报所需的客户和订单相关数据,以确保整体运营顺畅及高效。
  • 确保店铺好评率: 确保店铺好评率达标以及妥善处理差评

我们需要的人才基本条件:

  • 语言能力:精通中文、英语和马来语的口语和书写。精通中文的申请者为优先。
  • Microsoft Excel 经验:需要具备基本的 Microsoft Excel 知识,方便于记录和汇报客户&订单的数据资料。
  • 无需过往经验:我们将全程指导你,陪伴你的成长!
