Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Independent and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Language: Mandarin and English

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Manage booking for meeting rooms and coworking spaces
• Maintain the reception area and coworking spaces, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Assist with office tours and provide information about services
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
• Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels
• Assist in handling mail/courier services
• Support the coworking space team in coordinating events, bookings, and customer requests
• Assist with invoicing and basic financial records when required
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned by superior
