  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

General Summary

The Showroom Associate is primarily responsible in assisting Melaleuca customers who walk into the showroom. The incumbent is expected to serve and provide “World Class Service” at all times. This role reports directly to the Showroom Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Deliver “World Class Service” to customers
  • Perform cashiering, enrolment, exchange/return and assist with replenishment of stock as and when required
  • Identify customers’ problems and ensure workable solutions are extended
  • Constantly gather feedback from customers and provide these feedback to the Management in order to improve the service standards
  • Work closely with the Showroom Team Leads and Showroom Manager to gather feedback and suggestions to boost the sales and enrollment in the showroom
  • Always seek improvement in work processes to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Participate in projects or assigned duties in order to improve productivity and efficiency in the showroom operations
  • Understand all the processes related to the showroom operations and ensure compliance of SOP
  • Participate in all trainings, meetings and activities conducted by department and company as and when required

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service industry preferably in retail sales, hotel, banking industry or any other related field
  • Experience in handling customers’ enquiries and able to provide solutions for customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained, especially in the areas of customer-handling and waiting time
  • Customer-centric, proactive and persuasive with a strong sense of commitment towards achieving highest standards of customer service
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Language proficiency (speak, read and write): Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (added advantage)

Education Requirements

  • At least a pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays (5-day week only)

Working Hours : 10:00am – 7:00pm, 12:00pm – 9:00pm (2 shifts)
