Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Management Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scuba diving and/or electric mico-mobility. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our store's operational excellence and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the shop meets its sales targets and operational goals.
• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and organize in-store promotions or events.
• Address and resolve customer issues with a problem-solving mindset.
• Train and develop new staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Energetic and proactive, with a hands-on approach to retail management.
• Preferably holds a basic scuba diving certification (Open Water level or above); passion for diving is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
