  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Strong interest in music and knowledge of musical instruments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Basic proficiency with sales software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic experience in retail sales (preferably in the music industry or a related field).
  • Additional advantage: can play at least one or two musical instruments - preferably drums, percussion, woodwind or brass.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to assist customers in selecting the right musical instruments and accessories.
  • Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle inquiries, both in-store and online, and provide product demonstrations.
  • Keep the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Process sales transactions and manage inventory.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Travel outstation or work outside of shop for exhibitions, road shows, deliveries, etc when required
  • Availability to work 6 days a week, with occasional weekend shifts.
