Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales Management: Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms, our website, and social media channels to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through online chats, emails, and social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, including seasonal flowers, arrangements, and gifts, to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, special offers, and product launches to enhance online visibility and generate sales.
  • Order Processing: Manage online orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze online sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customers interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain customer databases for future marketing initiatives.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or retail sales (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
