Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and contributing to the efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by senior staff.
- Manage office supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
