  • To ensure efficient problem and complaint resolution.
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.

  • Fluent in the required language Cantonese & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift 24/7
