  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the on boarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations, issuing offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation or non-confirmation letters and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Update our employment contracts and agreements
  • Handling staff attendance & monitoring staff leave records from time to time, including annual leave and medical claims.
  • Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data in the system(softcopy) and personal file (hardcopy)
  • Ensure payroll administration to be accurate and in a timely manner and handle statutory payments and annual tax filing of employees’ income.
  • Assist with filing and documentation of HR related paperwork, drafts all department correspondence, such as memo, warning letters, and any request letters.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and requests.
  • To develop, update and maintain personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required
  • Support and coordinate the delivery of key HR processes outlined in the HR calendar.
  • Handle payroll & statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) processing, time and attendance tracking, and other related processes.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, training, trips including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Management of compliance and adherence to laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Process general payments and receipts
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
  • Consult clients about our service, promotions and policies
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Candidate with minimum diploma in any field
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply
