Job Description:

Job Specification

1. Key Account Management

  • To develop strong relationships and partnerships with existing clients to build sustainable business relationship and generate tangible sales results with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities.

  • To identify key areas of opportunities to capture market share.

  • To be consultative in sales approach & to be able to propose the appropriate to meet prospect & customers' objective(s) and needs.

  • To articulate the value proposition to the customer and quickly resolve any customer inquiries.

  • To uphold a strong performance of the business unit in terms of volume and profitability.

  • To handle customer complaints, product technical complaints and adverse events quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures.

  • To act as the point of contact to convey customer's sentiment and to accurately brief the production team on the requirements.

  • To respond swiftly to inquiries regarding customer payments or new account set up.

  • To coordinate program development, execution and implementation.

2. Product Management - NATRIEO and ELAISE

  • To increase brand awareness through event marketing, roadshows, sales and brand promotions.

  • To launch new users' campaign with monthly programs to increase customer base.

  • To conduct product training to distributors including revamped detailing aid and other marketing materials.

  • To analyze consumer usages patterns to identify suitable brand and promotional activities.

  • To handle digital campaign launch for existing products in Malaysia and China.

  • To manage distributor with mixed team focusing on different healthcare professional channels.

  • To manage e-commerce platform and to improve the traffic / sales conversion via marketing activations such as Shopee Live, campaigns, etc.

  • To organize physical and virtual CME talk, medical marketing activations, etc to drive brand credibility, improve GPs and Hospital penetration.

  • To improve product distribution via chain pharmacy penetration.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing.

  • Experienced in conducting physical and digital marketing events and campaign.

  • Experienced in e-commerce platform is an added advantage.

  • Experienced in conducting market survey and market research is an added advantage.

  • Preferably at least an intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
