Requirements
- Educational Background: SPM/Foundation/Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, Business Studies, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter, preferably in the FMCG and Trading environment.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Act 1955.
- HR Management: Strong track record in HR management.
- Personal Traits: Meticulous, organized, independent, cooperative, patient, with strong integrity, confidence, professionalism, and a mature approach.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently within management plans and complete assignments within stipulated time frames.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Transportation: Possess own transport.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Other: Willingness to undertake ad-hoc assignments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
