Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Sourcing and Selection: Identify and attract candidates through job postings, resume screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conducting Interviews: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Preparing HR Letters: Generate HR-related correspondence such as appointment, confirmation, resignation letters, and promotion.
  • Exit Interviews and Staff Movement Documentation: Conduct exit interviews and manage staff movement documentation.
  • Compilation of HR Documents: Maintain and organize HR documents, ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Orientation and Induction: Introduce new staff to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote company values.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Job Requirements and Descriptions: Update job requirements and descriptions.
  • Pay Plan Maintenance: Conduct pay surveys, job evaluations, and manage pay budgets.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop strategies to efficiently source and attract potential candidates.
  • Administration: Oversee office administration tasks such as answering calls, managing mail, and controlling office supplies.
  • Staff Claim Processing: Check and process staff claims.
  • Organization Climate Survey: Conduct climate surveys, compile reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Requirements

    • Educational Background: SPM/Foundation/Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, Business Studies, Psychology, or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of two years as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter, preferably in the FMCG and Trading environment.
    • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with the Employment Act 1955.
    • HR Management: Strong track record in HR management.
    • Personal Traits: Meticulous, organized, independent, cooperative, patient, with strong integrity, confidence, professionalism, and a mature approach.
    • Skills: Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
    • Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently within management plans and complete assignments within stipulated time frames.
    • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Transportation: Possess own transport.
    • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Other: Willingness to undertake ad-hoc assignments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
