Responsibility

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration
  • Manages the online order fulfilment process
  • Schedule, manage and coordinate shipments
  • Inventory management, monitor stock level
  • To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc
  • To provide back-end administration support for operation and sales & marketing team
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on matter relates to administrative activities
  • Maintain office supplies levels for departments
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Filing for all related documentation
  • Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

Requirements

  • Able to manage variety of tasks, fast learner, good time management, strong sense of self -responsibly and detailed oriented.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft application
  • Good working attitude and willing to learn
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
  • Strong sense of responsible and attentive to details
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 2weeks Saturday altn
  • 9AM-6PM
