- Able to handle full set accounts. Preferably with experience in manufacturing sector.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filling in hardcopy and softcopy.
- Handle any other ad hoc assignments on accounts and finance related matters as required by management.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents in terms of inquiries, supporting schedules and documentation, statutory financial statements etc
- Provide all secretarial and administrative functions for the department while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Daily checking bank balance & bank statement in system
- Prepare bank reconciliation
