- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center, hospitality, travel agency, or customer service role.
- SPM/STPM/diploma/degree holder, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Computer-literate and internet-savvy.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage to serve the respective markets and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Willing to work in a rotation-shift environment
