Reporting to the Head of PMRT, the Procurement Process & Referential Analyst will support Air Liquide Group procurement framework across APAC. He/She will be performing analytics on processes and financial performance driven by procurement, besides leading projects for the region as well as improving procurement process performance

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1) RISK AND INTERNAL CONTROLS

  • Develop metrics to control the compliance of procurement activities with the referential
  • Analyze the metrics to support management decisions
  • Study recommendations and options to launch corrective actions on a project basis with quantifiable results

2) SUPPORT TO EXECUTION and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Support the APAC Procurement activities in the procurement risk assessment and perform data based root cause analysis
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of mitigation plans
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of APAC procurement guidelines, secure the local applications of the hub directions
  • Coordinate with group central team as necessary
  • Lead or contribute to Continuous Improvement projects

3) REPORTING

  • Consolidate, analyze and present the procurement results, coordinate and drive performance improvement plans
  • Report the progress on corrective actions

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or Finance/Internal Control
  • Good experience with internal control or audit
  • Digital Mindset
  • Great communicator, able to build a network and get in touch with stakeholders across all levels
