    Job Specifications:
  • Responsible to receive and check on all incoming items/materials as per purchase order in term of quantity, quality and specifications.
  • To perform daily issuance of items from store in accordance to the Store Requisition Chit (SRC) request by the operation or maintenance.
  • To ensure the security, cleanliness and tidiness of the store by maintaining a good storage practice.
  • To plan and manage inventory/supplies level to meet operation requirement and to avoid shortage of stock.
  • Responsible for purchase requests for items that need replenishment to prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct monthly stock check as per schedule.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the inventory system by updating the daily stock movement within the day cut off time.
  • Work closely with RO Procurement in-charge to ensure targeted timing for all items ordering and receiving are met.
    Requirements:
  • At least two (2) years working experience in handling store and general office administrative duties.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • At least possess SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Preference given to those with experience in stock management in palm oil mills.
