Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist to identify and investigate internal thefts and fraud in the store.
- Develop and maintain documentation of loss prevention activities & security matters
- Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day
- Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day
- Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC
- Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
- Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Role Requirements :
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in retail.
- Prior experience in loss prevention or educational background in loss prevention, security or law enforcement.
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel extensively include Outstation
- Good observation & investigation skill
- Responsible, able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
