  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

  • Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables / GL entries.
  • To process accounting transactions, issue payments, and update ledgers.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the receipts, invoices and payments.
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for math's, proficiency with computers.

**Location: Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, Penang

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
